Give the level you already have, where you are now, and what you plan to take next.
⭕️ A good answer
はい。去年N3を取りました。今年はN2を受ける予定です。
Yes. I got N3 last year. This year I plan to take N2.
❌ Not enough
はい、あります。
“Yes, I have.” This does not tell them your level, which is the thing they asked about.
