Do not stop at はい. Add where you worked and for how long.

はい、あります。レストランで三年、働きました。
Yes, I have. I worked at a restaurant for three years.
❌ Not enough
はい、あります。
“Yes, I have.” Without where and how long, it tells them nothing.
